Women and non-binary artists are still vastly underrepresented in the UK music industry – shockingly only 13% of UK festival headliners in 2022 comprised of these minoritised genders. 

We are here to cause an uproar for FF creatives, by fighting for the same opportunities and freedoms that men in the industry take as the norm and helping to create a female eco-system of talent both infront and behind the lens of females/ women dedicated to achieving the balance we seek!
